Okay, 4 more hours to finish the deck. I started on the fin but I don't like the placement or the way it was cut down, so I might take it off. It looks like the original fin but it is kinda worked over. Overall the board is still really nice but the original overlap on the rails was filled with way too much sanding resin. I am working it down and have lightened the board probably 2 lbs already. Plus this looks like the first time the sanding coat was really taken down. I was told by the guy that might do the gloss coat to go with #150 on the hot coat to get it ready for the gloss. I decided today that after I fix the dings I am going to give her a nice new sanding coat.
