We are a growing company that
takes great interest in saving lives. We are emergency room nurses,
paramedics, firefighters, and doctors. On a daily basis, most of the supporters of AED Institute, while on
their regular jobs, save lives. We
have taken this love of life to the public setting and are promoting the
use of Automated External Defibrillators (AED's) in any setting in which
there is a need. We sponsor
and establish Public Access Defibrillation (PAD) Programs in public and
private locations.
Sudden
Cardiac Arrest, SCA, historically has been the leading cause of death in
the United States. It can happen to anyone, anywhere, or at any time, even
children. A person who
suffers SCA does not need to die. Thanks
to technological advances leading to the development of the automated
external defibrillator, thousands of people can survive these sudden
cardiac attacks.
The AED
Institute of America is here to promote the use of AED's in the public and
educate thousands on how to save a life.
Since the beginning of 2004 AED Institute has placed
AED's from Alaska to the East Cape of Baja California, Mexico and boast establishment
of numerous PAD Sites.
